Terms for using DescribeImage, paid plans, billing, and account access
2026/05/23
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DescribeImage, including our website, AI image description tools, accounts, paid plans, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DescribeImage helps generate image descriptions, alt text, captions, and prompt-oriented analysis. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific legal, accessibility, editorial, or commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
The website, interface, software, branding, documentation, and original service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain rights to images, prompts, keywords, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process the content you submit.
Paid plans, subscriptions, credit packages, and one-time purchases are shown on the pricing or checkout page before payment. Prices, billing intervals, included usage limits, and renewal terms may vary by plan.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Creem. These providers may collect and process payment details, billing information, tax information, device data, fraud signals, and transaction identifiers according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers or PayPal account credentials on our servers.
If you choose a subscription plan, it may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel supported subscriptions from your account billing page or by contacting us. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
If you choose a one-time lifetime plan, access is tied to the account used at purchase and is subject to these Terms, fair use limits, service availability, and any plan-specific restrictions displayed at checkout.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and processing timelines are described in our Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate.
Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal may result in suspension of the related paid features while the dispute is reviewed. We may revoke access if a payment is reversed, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, misuse payment systems, or if we are required to do so by law or a payment provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
