Rules for safe and lawful use of DescribeImage

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using DescribeImage. It applies to image uploads, prompts, keywords, generated outputs, accounts, paid plans, credits, and any attempt to access or automate the service.
You are responsible for making sure that the content you submit and the way you use the service are lawful, safe, and respectful of the rights of others.
You may not use DescribeImage to upload, process, request, generate, distribute, or facilitate content that involves:
DescribeImage may block requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise restricted. We may also block attempts to use vague wording, coded language, altered spelling, or indirect prompts to bypass moderation.
If a request is blocked, we may temporarily retain limited technical records needed to investigate abuse, protect the service, and respond to support questions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may reject requests, limit usage, remove access, suspend accounts, revoke paid features, or refuse future service if this policy is violated. Serious violations may also be reported to payment providers, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities where appropriate.
